How it works: an online interview

The sequence of questions replicates the discovery process that would otherwise take place in a lengthy interview with a specialist Employment Law solicitor.

You receive drafts via email with your answers stored separately on our secure server. You can return to your interview by clicking on a link in each email.

When you are content with your draft, a finalised version can be taken by your employee to his Independent Advisor for signature.
